Buddhism

Today we learned more about the Five Major Religions, but only one because we were talking about it so much and classes where shorter today. The religion we talked about today was Buddhism and the people are called Buddhists. There are 500 million to 1.5 billion people who believe who are Buddhism and estimates quite a bit.   The founder of this Religion is named Siddhartha Gautama and made the Four Noble truths. The first one is there is no suffering. Second is Attachment to desire is the origin of suffering. The third one is there is a cessation of suffering. The final one is the Eight Fold Path will lead to the cessation of suffering. We also learned about the Eight Fold Path. The Eight Fold Path is Right view, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right Mindfulness, right Dedication. I learned so much about this religion and I hope you learned some too from this blog.
